YOGA PRANAYAMA

Pranayama or breath control is the essence of Yoga. Patanjali defines Pranayama as "the regulation of the incoming and outgoing flow of breath with retention", It serves as an important bridge between the outward practices of Yoga, like the asanas, and the inward surrendering Yogic practices that lead to calming of the mind.

PILATES

Pilates (pronounced Pih-lah-teez) is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises which develop the mind and body. It is a physical science that develops strength, flexibility, stamina and endurance, without adding the bulk that conventional exercises result in. It is a movement system that uses spring-driven machines as well as a series of floor exercises to achieve its goals. STEP

The following are the benefits of Step:

This is a choreographed workout using the step. You will learn how to step up and down from the step without causing injuries to the joints. This form of exercise improves cardiovascular stamina, burns fat, and develops muscular endurance especially in the lower body. Hand and leg coordination is required.
