Banana smoothie (Serves 2)
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 glass low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ teaspoon powdered cinnamon
Method
Blend in a blender and serve.
Omega-3 smoothie (Serves 2)

Ingredients
- 4 carrots (cut)
- 2 apples (cored and cut)
- ½ beetroot (cut)
- 1-tablespoon flax seeds (ground)
- 1-tablespoon walnuts (ground)
- 2-tablespoons coriander
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
Method
Blend ingredients in a blender. Serve.
Aloe drink (Serves 4)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel (slit the leaf and remove the gel)
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup chopped green apple
- 1& 1/2 -cup pineapple (peeled and diced)
- ½ cup coriander and mint leaves
Method
Mix the ingredients in a blender and serve.
